Fee Increase for United States Citizen and Immigration Service

On Nov 23, 2010 fees for certain United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) applications will increase by approximately 10%. Any USCIS applications filled on or after Nov 23, 2010 must be accompanied by the new increased fee in order to be accepted as properly filed. Applications postmarked or personally submitted on or after Nov 23, 2010 will require the new fees. Any application submitted on or after the target date with the incorrect fee will be rejected as improperly filed. Please note these fees are not applicable for visa or consular services, this information is for USCIS services only.
