Seprod Limited was incorporated in Jamaica in July 1940 and listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange in 1985. Seprod manufactures and distributes edible oils and fat and corn products, as well as other house hold consumer products. The main subsidiaries  of the company are Caribbean Product Company Limited, Industrial Sales Company Limited, Jamaica Edible Oils and Fats, Jamaica Grain and Cereals Limited with Facey Commodity Company Limited being an associated company.
